Email info@colorforgeus.com with your order number, a description of the problem and clear photos of the product and packaging. Keep the product and packaging while we review the issue.

Printed output and approved artwork

We compare the delivered product with the ordered specifications and approved production artwork. Please check spelling, dimensions, layout and image quality before approval. Tell us promptly about damage, missing items or a mismatch with the approved order so we can assess the appropriate correction, replacement or refund.

Changes and return arrangements

Contact us promptly if you need a change or cancellation; the available options depend on production status. Please obtain return instructions before sending anything back. Nothing on this page limits rights provided by applicable law.
